    Featured Review

    Pros

I like working at VUMC a lot. They offer a lot for their employees in terms of benefits and resource. They send weekly newsletters, and leadership sends out video updates every calendar month or so. It definitely seems like the Medical Center cares nearly its employees. The people I have had to interact with both in my department and in other departments are all professional person and practice their jobs.

    Cons

I cannot really call back of any major cons for where I work, although as someone who grew upward in the country, I will never empathise paying to park at your chore. I am in research, and I recognize that those working in clinical roles may view things differently every bit they are in much higher-stress situations (especially with the pandemic), simply I like it here much better than I accept liked working at other places.
